movement
get out of your head and into your body.
dance, body work, nature connection and embodiment practices help us get to the root of what is stuck, what wants to come through, and what is most needed.
connection
be an essential part of a greater whole.
gathering in community allows us space to be heard, witnessed, and affirmed by each other. with this support we are able to access and bring forth all parts of ourselves.
growth
let go of old narratives and patterns.
we are naming and reclaiming our own unique truths. we are realizing our full potential and living into our aspirations for a healthier, more connected, and more loving world.
"beautiful, essential, nourishing and surprisingly easy to settle into. I'm more in touch with my true self than I've ever been."
"this was an amazing opportunity to connect with other men, use each other as support in unleashing our potential as humans, and is the perfect response and practice activity to heal the greater rifts of the world."

we practice embodied movement, nature connection, open-hearted discussion, and emotional processing. you will have an opportunity to celebrate and to grieve, and to be seen in whatever parts of yourself you are bringing.

your registration includes all meals and food during the retreat. we see nourishing food as essential to our self care and sustenance during retreats, and work diligently to make sure we have skilled chefs and the highest quality ingredients to support our wellness. we serve a mostly plant based menu and encourage participants to bring any special foods they might need for dietary reasons.
camping on the land is the standard accommodation for retreats. if you are not able to bring camping equipment, we can help you in sourcing materials from community members. we have limited indoor sleeping accommodations for those who need it.
bring clothes for a variety of weather in a coastal ecosystem. we will make a trip to the ocean if weather allows and it can be quite cold in the evenings and mornings even in the summer months. also bring festive clothes that make you feel beautiful for friday night, and some fun clothes or accessories for saturday night.
bring the essentials such as water bottle and headlamp, and anything that supports you in your regular practices such as a yoga mat and journal.

our pricing is designed to be as accessible as possible while also allowing us to pay a fair wage to our organizers, facilitators, chefs and facility hosts. we ask that you please pay what you are able to so that we may continue to create access for as many people as possible. we utilize a tiered pricing system in order to reduce barriers of access due to cost, and to allow those who are able to pay more and support our ability to offer reduced rates. we have two price tiers available:
standard rate - $750 - please consider this option if you make between $35,000 and $65,000 in annual income OR have access to intergenerational wealth OR comfortably meet your basic needs.
sustainer rate - $950 - please consider this option if you make $65,000 or more in annual income OR have access to substantial intergenerational wealth OR own your home or vehicle and travel regularly.
nobody will ever be turned away for lack of funds. the most meaningful contribution you can make is your presence. we offer work trade opportunities and scholarships, so please contact us to set up individual rates as needed.
